A randomized, prospective, clinical trial has been done to test the efficiency of Cryotop-SC
The study was done on 370 recipients coming from 185 donnors vitrifying their oocytes with Cryotop-SC and another 185 donnors with conventional Cryotop.
Oocytes vitrified with Cryotop-SC showed a survival rate of 87.3% (Cryotop was 91.7%)
Fertilization, Pregnancy and Implantion rates were almost the same in both cases.
